Lock Business provides training systems for IT helpdesks, mainly focussed on measuring and visualizing a department’s performance. Visual Helpdesk was developed for Lock Business as a tool to help helpdesk employees more effectively prioritize between directly resolving issues or investing more time into research and development that might prevent prevent said issues in the future.
